By leadership, I don’t mean the boring corporate version. I’m talking about leading not just at work, but in your family, in your community, and within yourself. I’m talking about the knight who fights the dragon, the worker who sticks up to her boss, or the artist who creates something beautiful for absolutely no reason.
Leadership is about honoring our values at any cost. And the cost we must pay when exercising real leadership is death—the death of our ego. This means it’s almost always uncomfortable on some level. But on another level, it’s the best feeling in the world: the profound joy of self-realization.
I help my clients become better leaders. Everyone measures this differently, but it often takes the form of promotions and raises at work, deeper and more meaningful relationships with loved ones, and learning how to create and sustain a life filled with joy and meaning.
